I received great customer service for my car service today. I was greeted by Jesse **** when I arrived and listened to for what needed to be fixed on my car and also kindly got a shuttle service to drop me off. I thank Dulce Lopez for setting up my service appointment and for communicating to me on updates on my car repair and for helping me to get shuttle service to pick up my car. Also, Thank you to the mechanic who fixed my car and returning it as soon as he could.

Dulce was very kind and helpful. When she wasn’t available, Brandon stepped over to answer my questions and help check in my van. My car was done ahead of time too which was a big bonus!

A wheel nut broke while my rear brakes were being changed. I only come to Diamond Valley Honda, so any overtightened screws during a service would have been caused by the dealership techs. I was originally going to be charged an additional labor fee of around $200 on top of my initial labor fee for parts that totaled $25. Luckily the service team and management prioritized a loyal returning customer and I feel comfortable in recommending the team to others.

There was a mistake when I had scheduled a service appointment for two recalls earlier in the week, and only one recall was serviced. Brandon and Jessie were very helpful in getting me in right away and helping to make the situation right. I appreciate their help and effort to correct everything!

Came in for two recalls. My vehicle was scheduled for two, but when I got there, the employee said there was only one recall. After I left, I verified that there were in fact two recalls, which caused me to have to schedule yet another appointment for the other recall.

Dulce Lopez has and did perform a complete sign up of my vehicle 2014 Accord. Miss Dulce Lopez has ALWAYS looked out for my best interest for overseeing my interest that if I can share a concern she will listen and guarantee me that my request be looked into. Mr. Mike Carrasco has a Service Advisor on his team he can count on 100 percent.
