Don’t appreciate this place at all always having problems with a car I bought here bring to to service and they just want my money before fixing the problem I get ima girl but I know when my car isn’t acting right when I’m the one driving it. I got my transmission done and they didn’t even check to make sure the fluids were filled… but you guys sure did charge me..

Upon purchase of the vehicle. I added oil changes for the duration of the vehicle and this time it was denied because I did not have the contract to show proof of this. I asked the representative Ulisis to look for it in your records and he said it couldn’t be done now. I have looked for the contract and have not found it yet. I will keep looking for it. I AM REQUESTING AS I DID TO THE REP. AND MANAGER TO REQUEST THE INFO FROM YOUR RECORDS AS PROOF BY 6 WEEKS I WILL FIND MY RECORDS ALSO AND EXPECT A REFUND AS STATES AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

I have been a customer for many years and on more than one occasion the mechanics have chosen not to do the job that was ordered . I am not happy with the service and if your mechanic(s) are not going to do what there supposed to do than why? This is not acceptable and something needs to be done.

I had questions regarding previous brake replacement in April and the cause of failure for the caliper and new brakes at the Hemet Service Center. This was not answered by the representative when I collected the car and was told to talk to the Temecula Honda Service Center who did the initial replacement. I expected the Honda Service Center to clarify this as both locations are under the same company. Reason for caliper failure was not documented or well explained to determine if the caliper damaged the brake pads or if the brake pads damaged the caliper. The agent who gave me the keys to the car back on Saturday seemed to not want to do anything with my questions and just seemed to want to wash her hands from my concerns. Service in general could have been friendlier.
