All the staff were so nice at the Repair shop easy to work with. However, your billing invoice is complicated & confusing. Also, Iwasn’t sure if I was charged for parts & labor before the task was completed. Since I am from out of state I really appreciate everyone’s help in getting my car fixed as it took 2 visits. Thank you to all!

It was a really frustrating day dealing with Honda Roadside Assistance and waiting on the side of the road for over 4 hours before a tow truck came. When I finally was dropped off at Honda, Brandon and Jesse took really great care by assessing my needs to fix a tire and understanding my need to get out of the dealership ASAP to pick up my daughter from school. They were able to quickly get me settled in less than 45 mins. I was super impressed and even came out to a washed car. Side note: I told them my phone was dying and I had two chargers offered to me in seconds. Thank you, Brandon and Jesse.

I did have a lot of trouble with the phone lines though. I had to book the apt via text message due to automated phone issues no person answered.

The rep did fine but the cost for the repair was way way out of line. Got done at a reputable shop for half the price.
