Uliyses is very hard working representative. He really went the extra mile to accommodate service. Diamond Valley Honda seems to be understaffed however, which may tend to delay service for customers. This could discourage customer satisfaction. Ulysses really does his best to represent his service team effectively and efficiently. He really hustles. This reflects the exemplary employee Honda represntation.

My vehicle was held for over a week for a supposedly one day repair, it was impossible to get a hold of a service representative, I was forced to leave a voice mail or text message but no one ever called me back to let me know the status of my vehicle. Since I am at work my son went and pick it up and when I got home found that the inside of my vehicle is full of dirt and dust, it looks like the vehicle was left outside with the windows down during the windy and rainy days. Definitely not going back to this dealer for any repairs on my Honda vehicles. I have not driven my vehicle so hopefully they repair it properly and don’t have to go back.
