Service advisor was great in getting the transmission service done. This was the first to visit the dealership after new ownership. I was disappointed in not having a free coffee machine dispenser and a vending machine to purchase something to snack on as my appointment was early. Also, I know they used to give donuts for the customers. I live in Hayward and walking distance to Hayward Toyota but I come to Milpitas to get service since I purchased my Camry there. The next year, I purchased my Sienna from Hayward Toyota. If your dealership is going to be minimized (cheap) on coffee and donuts, I will go to Hayward for my service. This is going on five years that I have been coming for service.

Service and staff like Ricardo were great, however the car was left dirty, with scarps of trash and dirt on the dash and center console.

First of all all my cars come to Milpitas Toyota. I always trust my service advice Mr Krishneal Sharma. He explains the process and you know actually what’s happening with your car. He always tries to help and inform you on time. He is very respectful Thanks Elvin

I went in for the oil change. The service advisor recommended to replace the front tires. I took the advice and replaced the front tires. Two days later the tire pressure sensor went off on the dashboard. I called Purval and he recommended to come in to check it out. After the inspection, Purval told me the tire sensor was damaged. The technician who originally installed the tire accidentally damaged the sensor, but he failed to report it to Purval. Purval apologized for the inconvenience.
