I made an appointment. I waited in my car for 20 minutes. The man that showed up 20 minutes late laughed about it. I was offered $1000 with of moderately needed services. Wasn’t impressed. Then another said one hour. After 1.5 hours, no contact. I looked outside and my car was parked. I was told my service helper was at lunch. I guess the paperwork was just sitting on his desk. The cashier was kind and the person working in the middle was very kind. I’m not sure if I will be back. This is a 2013 that I have been happy most every time for 8 years. $93 for an oil change was too high as well. ????

Incredible service by Francisco addressing our issue of melting mirror and moulding on our 21 RAV4. Manufacturer should help customers with such problems to retain loyalty with Toyota. Thanks Francisco

Service consultant have zero knowledge about the vehicles and warranty information. For one of the issues I mentioned, I was quoted $220 for diagnostics, why would I be charged when the vehicle is under warranty?
