On the report shows fail on one the line, don't understand ask person giving car key, she said ask your advisor but he was not on desk left voicemail for him. Also mentioned Toyota installed floor mat which i don't have, i am using one from Costco

Mr. Villegas was very supportive and helpful. I would give him a 10+ I don’t know why I have to wait 20 minutes after I pay my bill and the cashier at the cashier counter radios to the car jockey and then I have to wait another 15 minutes to be able to get in my car. Shuttle service was excellent!
