This was the worst experience I have had at Toyota. The representative was not helpful in explaining recommended preventative services then provided an incorrect call back number and again asked about services I declined when authorizing repair. The most frustrating part was that she said my key battery would be replaced and it was not so I know need to look up the battery, order and replace it myself. I do not often complete surveys or complain as I understand things happen but this was a frustrating experience from beginning to end.
