Mr. Patel was very helpful and he provided great service. I spoke with the manager Mike to express my disappointment in the service videos being removed. Although Mike stated that he believed the technicians still provided videos they did not. I'm unclear why Envision would remove one of the factors that led to Piercy Toyota's success.

My family and a lot of my friends are big fans of the Toyota products (specifically hybrids). When we continue to get service from the dealership it's nice when the team member in the service department reflects the high standard we've come to expect from Toyota product itself. Mr Patel is an example of that. I never cease to learn something new when I go in.
