They said top off the steering fluid but not. Lucky I open the hood n check but he left Lucky I ask person next to his station and he did for me. That's really disappointing make me think again should I bring my car to dealer again.
Jas was great, but we were very disappointed to have our newly purchased Sienna with barely 100 miles overheating. While the issue of overheating is currently resolved, we are concerned about the possible future implications on the car’s engine.
For next time, better communication is needed.

Called and left a message, didn't get a response. After calling again a hr later, was informed service advisor left for the day. Needed to get another person's help to get a shuttle to pick up the vehicle. Can easily be prevented by following up with client at end of work day.
Cuong Dang aka CD made my experience very comfortable. At the time I arrived for my appointment, the dealership was very busy, and even though I had to wait, Cuong approached my car and made it very easy to address what needed to be done with a calm sense of urgency. Mike Tran is the only service manager I go to. I have not had positive experiences at other Toyota Dealerships and drive here specifically to see him and have him work on my car. He is diligent and provides great customer service and is always calm regardless of the issue. He strives to make things right and correct the issue. Mike is the guy and I wish more service managers were more like him. Extremely thorough, detailed, and kind.

Horrible service. I had a free maintenance authorized by **** Toyota. However, the current supervisor and front desk clerk would not let me use it. I will never ever go back to this dealership!!!!
