It’s surprising that Ricardo is an assistant manager. While I was waiting for him to finish up with someone prior to me, he made the customer wait because he had to need his DoorDasher outside. I would expect this to happen during their break times only. When he started helping me, he began the conversation with things that I needed to get done instead of asking me what I came in for. It immediately made me feel like he only wanted my money and wasn’t there to assist me. Then after I explained my concerns about my check engine light being on, he tried to explain to me that he can do the service for free only IF the issue they fixed previously was related. If it wasn’t, I would have to pay. But when I shared with him that I ain’t agree, he started attacking me verbally saying that I won’t understand what he is saying and that we would be “going around in circles”. After continuous rude comments and attitude from him, I asked for a new advisor and he rudely told me to wait in my car. I have never had a bad experience at this location and I was very surprised how rude and unwilling an “assistant manager” was. As retaliation, it feels like, he made a note on my vehicle that my check engine light came in on AND I refused service. Yes, Ricardo, I did refuse due to your unwillingness to provide great service to customers.

Mr. Ricardo Villegas received a yes for being extremely friendly and helpful. However, I was very disappointed that Envision took away the text and video sent by the mechanic when it was Piercy Toyota. I hope video service updates will be added back as soon as possible. It's one of the reasons I was willing to pay more by coming to a dealership.
