My experience at Gosch Hyundai was highly commendable. Guy, in the service department was very helpful. I was in a terrible spot with my Sonata needing service because it was running a bit sluggish. I needed the car fixed because my husband is in a rehab facility in Escondido and I go every day to give him encouragement and support. When I first called Hyundai I was told it would have to be worked on next week. Yes, I was upset but I asked the young lady on the phone to please call to get me in sooner. Bottom line, she did! And the shuttle service was so awesome. Thank you again. I got my Hyundai back and heading back to Escondido tomorrow
