Kevin did great. However I witnessed a bizarre interaction between a manager and a service associate, I overheard a coaching for the employees regarding greeting and engaging customers that walk through the door (seems reasonable since I wasn’t greeted and stood there for a minute) the employee was extremely disrespectful of his supervisor and took the feedback as if he was a teenage boy. The manager did his best to get the point across but not sure why the behavior is acceptable. Anyways, thanks Kevin!

Jason was great and attended to all of our requests and he answered all of our questions. In addition to all he did for us, he’s such a nice and well mannered person, very nice and didn’t rush us out. He listened to what we had to ask and he was great working with him. Danielle did a fantastic job. In fact, everyone there that I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I did end up selling my vehicle to Toyota of Hemet and that process was seamless as well Thank you. To star and the other gentleman that works with her. I can't remember his name off hand

I paid for the advance 5 oil changes when my truck was serviced today. The techs did NOT rotate my tires because they said the lugs appeared to be rounded or might not be able to take off. This is the first time in 8 years since I've owned this truck brand new. I paid for the service so I should receive it. Totally unacceptable!
