I ask the service guy how more oil changes I have left that I payed for he said two left so I said ok and ask for a car wash when I returned to pick up my truck he tried to charge me 101.14 so he said he wasn’t paying attention his fault then I got to my truck a notice the truck never got washed that service rep needs to pay attention

The only one thing that I asked when I brought my truck in is that the seat would not be moved because I’m a war veteran with some pretty bad PTSD and I’m ADHD and the seat was moved and it took me half the afternoon to get it to a place Where I can drive comfortably. It’s still out of whack, but I’m adjusting because I don’t have a choice. That’s all I asked for but I did not get that. Otherwise all they did was match up the truck with the fob and I appreciated the truck wash. I will still continue to use Hemet Toyota because I feel that people do care but getting an excuse that I did, that “the guys in the back are 6 feet tall.” I don’t believe that. I have seen some of the technicians and they are not 6 feet tall and above. I just felt uncomfortable that I was told that no the seat will be moved if it needs to be moved. I don’t drive up on my steering wheel so they had plenty of room in the vehicle to just get the fob connected to my truck. Thank you for hearing me
