I had an appointment for my vehicle and waited 4 hours before they even looked at it. No one came to give me an update I had to keep asking for an update, finally the last time I asked after the 4th hour of being there and asking for a supervisor they pulled my car back to start looking at it. I’m extremely unsatisfied and regret purchasing a Toyota for the fact that customer service at all dealerships and the actual Toyota office have no sense of customer service or urgency to help their customers.
