Found a part lying on the passenger side floor. It's a plastic cover I think for around the seat. Bottom line, I shouldn't pick up my car from service at the dealer and have parts lying around.

Person who check me in was great! Deserves a raise or customer service ns being a good representative of Hardin. Tech was good and through as well as fast. Manager on other hand let someone cut in front of a huge line and myself who was second in line. Not ok to let someone cut the line. Manager helped that person and didn’t make it right for everyone else who waited correctly. Not ok in my book and gives bad reputation to Hardin. Next time maybe I should cut the line and. Not wiat.

He was very pleasant and helpful when I can in for service maintenance and recall issues. The staff even found and fixed/patched a nail lodged in one of the tires without charging extra. They are the best. Thank you.
