Armel **** is very professional and courteous to all of his guests. I wanted to note, that as I sat in the waiting room for my car to be completed, he walked through just about every 15 minutes or so reassuring his guests that were also sitting there with me, the statuses of their vehicles as well. I found that to be very genuine. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership location.

Armel greeted me when I arrived. He had a great friendly attitude. We joked around and he made me laugh. Later that afternoon he was called in to give me a update. He went to get the info. Returned with a smile and gave me an update that they were finishing up. He explained what they were doing. Later he found me in front to give me the keys. Was really impressed with him.

Although there were other issues with my experience at DCH Auto Group of Temecula, Yakaov "Yasha" was awesome. He constantly updated me with the status of my vehicle and went above and beyond to get things handled.
All the protection trash was left all in my car. And why did I have to go and hunt for my car. When everyone else there car was pulled up to the door and was treated with customer service. I was just told my car was ready and I could see the cashier. Then she just said sign here and gave me my key, then I had to ask where my car was, she pointed and said outside. Wow!!!!
I have had so many problems with this car. Though all of my service specialists have been good. Jordan P Geoff was the best. He cared about the issues with the car and made sure that he kept in touch with me as issues arose. I appreciated his honesty and integrity.

I requested service for my 2008 Durango because the engine icon and the ESP slippery icon was on the display panel. After paying $2320.25 for the varies service, after leaving the dealership and about 5 minutes from my house the ESP Slippery icon was on the display panel again. I sent an email to notify the dealership about the problem. I left for out town that Monday night, so I wasn't able to call James to tell him the problem. I will be back in SoCal last Wednesday night.
