I've had my car serviced at DCH for the last 8 years and never had a service problem. My only problem used to be the wait for a Service Writer. Doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. I would highly recommend DCH for their service, not so much for sales dept. though.

When I went in to get my car serviced I asked them to check my rotars. They came back and told me my check engine light was on. But the light was not on when I got there. Then they tried to charge me over 200.00 to run a diagnostic test but once he found out I had free service on my vehicle he walked over to my car turned the light off and sent me home. I bought my challenger in 2016. And my rotars started rubbing about 6 months after I purchased the vehicle. When I would bring it in for servicing they kept telling me that there were hot spots on the rotars. The Problem is that they were trying to charge me for getting the hot spots off of the vehicle. The car has a bumper to bumper warranty yet they claim that the brakes and rotars weren't covered. Finally they went ahead and grinded out the hot spots after 6 more months of having the vehicle. By then the rotars needed replacing I can still hear them when trying to stop from high speeds. I feel that DCH is responsible for replacing my rotars thank you FRANK G

My service experience wit Mr. **** is always excellent ! He shows that he really does care about his clientele and the vehicles they are dropping off. I have also seen him give exceptional service with other guests coming in for service to their vehicles. Mr. Gardner has always exceeded in providing the best service experience I have had at DCH Jeep Dodge Chrysler Fiat. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to him for all my service needs.

He is the best service person that you have. He's great he answers questions he delivers with what he says he's going to do and he keeps you up-to-date on everything. You have the best person and you can't get anyone better than James.

DCH is amazing and very helpful, I have lost fiat in Fiat products unfortunately and lost faith in Bill luck fiat in Tempe AZ.
