The initial break/ fix was completed but I also asked to have my cracked windshield replaced. I dropped off my rental and came to the dealership to find that the windshield repair was not completed. Since I returned the rental car I had no choice but to take the car as it is my fleet vehicle and I couldn't afford to lose more work time get another rental car again.

The Service Representative was extremely courteous and so patient with all my inquries being it my first Jeep and my first time at the service department. Hands down 10 for Yakov. The only concern I have is that my car was at the service department close to 9.5 hours; pretty much vehicle-less the whole day. What do I need to do to ensure the service is done as expeditiously as possible. I did make an appointment at 7am; and was informed that technician wouldn't arrive til 8 (an hout later). Everyone was great though from my initial contact with Yakov, to the cashiers, to the shuttle driver.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was ready. I was charged for alignment also. I did not approve or agree to this. But then again I should of checked the iPad that I signed .I felt I was gigged

I have gone to no other dealer since I purchased my Dodge. I have also began to get my husband to use DCH Temecula for his Dodge. The minor mix-ups in the past were handled well. This most recent error was being charged for an oil change when I shouldn't have been due to my prepaying for oil changes at finance point in my purchase. I had to contact DCH a number of times and each time receiving conflicting info.. "no problem we will send you a check", "we don't do refunds" "I've heard nothing of this error", "we will credit your card over the phone and call you back" (with no call back). Final time my husband went in and was told work order hadn't been completed, cash handler notated his information and was the one to finally do what others should had done from the get go. Regardless of being a 1 issue or a 10,000 issue, this is not good service nor is it appreciative of your customers time and satisfaction.
