I was charged for parts even though I have the lifetime warranty for my vehicle that covers EVERYTHING. Then my wife was offered an oil change even though we have several left, and James stated he would "make it up to us some other time". Considering the amount of money that was paid for both the vehicle and the warranty, I don't think that this is necessarily, the type of response she should of gotten from a professional organization such as yours, or one of your employees.

Armed was awesome. I'm pissed that you don't have the recall part in stock. Also, my tires are wearing like crap. Alignment has been performed and you inspected the front end and they still look terrible. I am open to suggestion as to what you say I should do to get normal wear for my tires. Also my brakes squeak and my back right passenger door doesn't close properly. Hopefully my transmission doesn't fail as I've heard it grind but time will tell.
