Once again Gordon ****’s team and specifically Joshua Newman, provided exemplary and professional service. The AC went out in our Expedition 3 days before we were to leave pulling our Harley to Sturgis. The parts had to be ordered and the timeline was tight. As usual they were on top of it and the truck was ready well before we had to leave Just a side note. For 30 years I have utilized private mechanics. Due to the attention to detail and competence of the service team at Chino Hills Ford, we now, exclusively, have all 3 of our Ford vehicles serviced by Gordon’s team. Josh and Adam always take good care of us. It gives me great confidence to know that they are there for us Thank you for giving me a chance to let Ford know what a great job these guys do. In a world that has left customer service in the dust, you guys are a breath of fresh air. Adam went above and beyond to help me get a borrow car that would fit the needs of my family while my car was being repaired. He communicated clearly about the work on my car and the entire process was hassle free. Excellent employees are hard to find and keep...Give him a raise. : )

The problem still exists. It wasn’t fixed at all. I spoke with Adam and he said he could apply what it cost me toward the real problem which is electrical and you do not currently have an electrical mechanic on staff.

Jessica sent me a text asking me if I had any questions. I text her back asking what the ETA was on my car and she she didn’t answer. I had to text her again. Then she finally replied. Also, why. Would you remove the key chain from my keys? I wasn’t happy about that!!
