Had our Honda Pilot in for some major service work. Andree made getting the appointment easy, helped insure the work was completed timely and properly, and kept me notified of progress.

I requested a wash but came out to a dirty car. Additionally the wash was detailed on my report. We also witnessed the service department hand over the wrong keys to a customer. Thankfully the customer realized and handed over the extra keys she was given. In our report we were given an extra page with someone else’s information. Overall the experience has me wondering if I need to find a new Honda dealership to service my car.

My daughter had routine maintenance on her CRV about 5 weeks ago. She immediately smelled exhaust fumes inside the CRV. She made an appointment with Germain Honda and it was discovered the CRV had an oil leak due to a broken part during the routine maintenance. The CRV was repaired at no cost. Alfredo provided excellent service. Thank you

I waited for my service. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours. At the 3 hour mark I went up to the desk and found out my car had been ready. The rep lied and said he called me. I had my phone out and did not receive anything until 5 minutes after I left that my car was ready for payment. He then apologized and said he will give me $50 off but only gave me $25 off because he added a big $25 charge for something that was not on my inventory. I also do not get the breakdown list of the different systems and of what passes and failed and what’s recommended. I have been coming here since 2016 and never ever had such an horrible experience. I did not see any familiar faces there so I don’t know what’s going on at this location.
