It took a long time for the part to come in, I had 2 scheduled appointments and showed up to both, only to be turned away because they hadn’t received the part. Your team should have communicated that to me, so that I did not waste my time and inconvenience others to give me a ride when you never even received the part. Twice! A simple phone call one day prior to let me know would have been easy.
