Appointment went fine. I had scheduled for 1:45, had multiple confirmation and reminder texts that said 1:45, then it was changed to 1:00 about 10am. I didn’t realize that until I got there at 1:45. Otherwise everything was fine. Appointment went quickly, I was updated along the way, finished ahead of predicted time. I was offered a ride but opted to wait. Waiting area was clean, well lit, comfortable, and with free WiFi.
