Kevin was all business in the morning and said he had a code of A17 which meant I needed brake fluid and how much it cost. I did not really believe him but I agreed to the brake service. When he called to say there was some concern about a leak in the washer and they would have to take it apart to find the leak it would cost more because it was not covered under a warranty. I declined the service. In the morning I specifically asked for a new battery for the key. It was not done. I had to go back at 5:30 pm and Adam was very helpful as always. His service was outstanding and I appreciated his level of customer service...Kevin not so much.

I make my appointment at 11 o’clock for oil change, I arrived 15 minutes earlier and the agent told me it would take about 1 hour, my daughter and I were waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours and they don’t make nothing! I was very upset because my daughter leaves school at 1:15 and it was already 1 in the afternoon, After more than 2 hours they did not do the oil change and I had to ask them to give to pick up my daughter from school and come back again to have the oil change done. all this I take from 10:45 am to 2:18 pm. We have 2 cars and we always take them to Sierra Honda for their services but now we are considering looking for another place
