Arrived for pickup of vehicle. Saw a woman waiting to be helped. No one was at the service desk. There was a woman and a man sitting behind a desk off to the side talking and working but the other customer and I were not acknowledged. Waited for about 5 minutes and another customer came up and asked if we were both waiting. I finally asked the two workers if the service area was closed or if someone was coming to help. That’s when they called for someone who came from behind the service area. Once I was helped, I gave my name, was told to sign some papers, and then handed my key and told my car was out front. I was not asked for ID verifying that I was the owner and I was not given any direction as to where in front my vehicle was. Once I got outside I hit my alarm to locate my car, got in, drove off.

Honestly everything began great and ended ok. However, I came in for a recall to submit paperwork to the DMV. The dealership failed to provide me an Orange certificate to submit to DMV. Which meant me leaving the dealership, arrive to DMV and asked for additional paperwork, then head back to the dealership and then back to DMV again. As you know, DMV visits are lengthy and take a good chunk of time just to be seen. If the dealership would have provided the orange certificate as they should have in the beginning then I would have not had to go through so many circles as I did today.
