My vehicle was checked in a 1pm with an appointment I made weeks ago. I was told by Craig that my technician was David and the services may take 2-3 hours and I would be getting a phone call. I did mention that any technician was fine as I had made many arrangements to make sure this appointment happened. I had also had a previous experience with David that I wasn’t happy with. I got a ride and went back home. Around 4pm I had not heard anything so I decided to call myself. David told me that my car wasn’t going to be ready today because all technicians had already gone home. I was very confused. He then tried to tell me I checked my car in too late and that I shouldn’t have been told that it was going to be ready. Point being at the end of that day my car had not even been looked at. I had to go back to the dealership and get a loaner. On Friday, it was an inconvenience for me to have to make sure I was available to make sure I could go pick up my car and return the loaner. Upon my arrival, I was taken care of by Craig. He did apologize for a mistake I do not believe was his. David did not once apologize himself for a mistake I think he made. This is the second time I have an unfavorable experience with David. This will most likely be the last time I service my car in Monrovia or have anything to do with the dealership. It is a shame as I also planned to take my business there and purchase a new Jeep this upcoming year.

David did everything he was able to do to make an over the counter repair to my electronic fob and thought it was repaired. The complete way to fix the problem was a new fob which I was happy to buy knowing David had done all he could to solve my problem. He is a Great asset to your company with his outstanding attitude toward customer relations. In fact all the Service desk and the parts department were very helpful and polite.
