I made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check on my suspension. It was clearly making a squeaking sound when you go over bumps or even the driveway. I dropped the car off at 7:00AM. Nobody called me back for hours. After I finally got a hold of David at 3:00, he said the oil change and rotation was completed, but they were still working on the suspension. An hour later he called me back and said they needed to replace a sway bar and that would fix the problem. He said they would need to order the part and I needed to leave my car overnight. It was supposed to be fixed by lunch the next day. I called back at 10:30 the next day because nobody had followed up. I spoke to Fred and he had NO CLUE what was going on. He said he would call me back after he spoke to the technicians. Two hours later, no call back. I called again and he said the technicians could not find anything wrong and to come pick up the car. This was clearly not what was communicated to me the day earlier. Frustrated and completely dissatisfied with the level of service, I went to the dealer and picked up my car. I will not be bringing it back again. Fred was not helpful at all.

The staff at the service counter Fred and Edwin were excellent. The mechanics were friendly and offered assistance to sync my new phone. A truly good experience. I will def come back for my Jeep service needs.
David helped out with my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee late in the day and am most appreciative of his service and work ethic...nice job David!

Excellent service provided on a job well done. Waited for my Town & Country and I was out of there before the estimated completion time.
I don’t understand why it takes 2 hours for a planned service but I was told that it would take that long. And I hope that I get discounts or coupons in the future for these expensive services.
