I was very satisfied with my service tech Karl Murray. However, the plastic seat covers and paper floor mats were left in my car. In addition, my off road lights mounted on the front bumper were knocked out of alignment and was not put back. Otherwise the service performed on the vehicle was good.
I was surprised that I could get our truck serviced the day I called everything was perfect.
Great customer service. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Karl called me to inform me the vehicle was ready to pick up, which is hreatly appreciated.
Friendly staff and Great service
Fred always does a great job assisting me with my auto needs. Unfortunately my previous visit I was given the wrong paperwork that reported that my brakes had adequate brake linings. The very next day they were squeaking so bad that I had to have it towed to get them worked on! Not Fred’s fault as he wasn’t the service writer on 3/23/19.

Fariborz did a very good job. My complaint, however is unrelated to him. I have a very difficult time getting through to Sierra when scheduling service. Also, I've found that appointments setup through the website dont actually mean anything. This is definite room for improvement.

I waited 4 hours for them to do an oil change and an air bag recall. When they checked why it was taking so long they basically said someone forgot to give the ticket to the next person. I even had an appointment and brought it in. Then, no car wash. Literally I asked why and they said....it’s been 8 months and they probably don’t want to fix it because minimum wage is so high. How ridiculous of a response. Lastly, the attendee discounted my labor because of the length of wait....and didn’t give me the discount of 10% coupon I brought in and showed when I checked the car in. Some of the worst customer experience ever.
