Mark was very hard to reach and had some pathetic excuses of not being able to reach me I am a field superintendent and I receive phone calls every 10 minutes if not sooner he seem to always have an excuse or say that he contacted me two or three times during the day which is not true.Munrovia jeep dealership service was not able to correct my stop and start light even though Mark stated when my jeep was returned immediately saw that the light came on and I mediately contacted him and left a voicemail and also email once again crickets...No response from Mark.When I was able to reach him today I told him that I was very distressed and disappointed and asked Eddie if he could do anything with what was charged to me I’m not looking for anything to be free but for my stress and distress at least some sort of discount for my inconvenience!!!!

Fariborz (Fred) is professional, patient, and most importantly, he listens to customers, unlike other advisors who just take your car in and tells you later that your car has no problem.
I have known David for a long time . He is my “go to” person when I have car issues. He is very knowledgeable and patient because I pick his brain a lot! He always has an answer for me. He makes sure I get a ride home if necessary while they are working on my car . He communicates well as to what needs to be done with my car. Dave is outstanding!!
