The mechanic was in a hurry to get home and sent an otherwise sound vehicle out on the road with my wife as a driver. He knew the rear brakes weren't working right and signed off on it anyway. I'm PISSED!!!

Not everything was completed during the time spent at the service. I have a recall on my vehicle and only half of it was completed. The service department could not finish the second part due to not having the right tool. I also requested an oil change. I spent 5.5 hours waiting for my car. I had to take a day off to get this done and it’s still not completed yet. Normally the car would be washed and cleaned but that did not happen either. I have to now wait for the tool to come in and reschedule for another appointment. I would have to plan to take another day off.

Your mechanic never notified service writer of additional work like brakes that need to be replaced was notified of it when I’m paying the bill ongoing problems

Made a weekend appointment and and upon arrival was told "that work can't be done on the weekend" then made a weekday MORNING appointment and was informed at 2:30pm the SUV hadn't even been looked at. It was then there for 3 more days.
Contemplating taking my vehicles to Glendale in the future... but those guys are slimeballs and disrespectful to women... whats a guy to do?
