The repair was done (after a couple of tries) but the outcome was not perfect. Being a repair on a new car I would expect a seamless result (like new) and that was not the case.

Parking brake was not properly adjusted. Now I have to make a special trip back to correct the issue. Same type of service that I was getting in Alhambra and Covina.

My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled. Then when I went him for my appt my service advisor was busy helping walk ins. Someone else helped me and told me that my service advisor would contact me shortly to give me a timeframe. He never called. I tried calling from 4-6pm. After about 20 calls and 2 voicemails I still wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. I was never told that I was going to leave my car overnight and was not prepared to not have my car for 2 days. I thought it was very unprofessional that I was never called.

When we make an appointment to schedule.a recall we expect the service to be ready for us when we get there to make this as painless as possible. not only was Sierra not ready, the ignorance to promises made to us including a rental car. After all these headaches we were once more promised updates on the status again nothing. Then when we call to check it’s like the car is ready but we need to come back for the mirror. that was not the agreement and is unacceptable. Also, we dropped the car of on Friday based on the appointment to then find out when we called on Saturday they haven’t even started working on the car. The loaner car only seats 5 and our Pacifica seats 7 we have a family of 6 and this caused us for last Sunday to drive two cars and separate our family for a family trip that was planned. So many mistakes but the most concerning we felt was the promises not kept and the incompetence of not thinking about the inconvenience for us this is. This is a brand new car with a bad mirror, non functional screens, two recalls. Just hope this is not going to be a lemon. We really love Chrystler.

I never received an update call the day I turned my car in. I had to come pick my car up without any repairs being performed.

My vehicle was suppose to be ready by today dropped off at 9:00am Mark told me it would be ready by the evening. I called around 3:00pm to check status Mark told me it would not be ready today! He did not call me in advance nor did he provide me with a loaner or rental car! This service was a warranty item. Now I am without a car and I have to pick my kids up from school walking in this heat! I am extremely disappointed in dodge and a very unhappy customer! Extremely poor customer service!

When I arrived, the very helpful gentleman and I can't recall his name, knew by the sound of my car that the alternator would need replacing, due to a recall. Sure enough, that's exactly what it was. I was so relieved and appreciated the prompt attention to my beloved Challenger. He was right when he said, now the car will run better. And it is! I'll be bringing my Challenger back to your dealership for sure. thank you all for your professionalism and help!
