Everything was handled quickly and were very helpful
I was told that my work truck if turned in on a monday would be returned to me on tuesday. On tues i called and was told the system was down, and that it might be done wednesday. I called wednesday n was told the mechanic was training try again and maybe tomorow it would be done. I called back on thursday, and was told that my truck still was not ready and after having words with the service advisor i had to ask him, i was not offered a rental. The rental was not a truck so had to miss 3 days of work, because i was not allowed to rent anything other than a chrysler vehicle. On friday after being told my car would be done did not get a call until 5 pm friday evening saying my truck was ready. After being told they could not help me get a truck so that i could work i called the tental comapny and got one. I understand car repairs can take time, but i would have appreciated and been able to prepare for. Ot have my work truck for 3 days longer than i was told had the service department just been honest with me. I missed 3 days of work and this whole ordeal has left a very bad taste in my mouth for the whole ram, chrysler, dodge company.
Fred was terrific in repairing my Durango in one day!
He was friendly, followed up with me and explained
the repairs needed.

Mark was very courteous, personable, and professional. However, my minivan still having starting problems, and getting a momentary red lightning bolt symbol. This is second visit to have same problem resolved. No luck, yet. Getting discouraged.
I was told after getting my car serviced it would include a car wash but it looks like they forgot.
I have always been satisfied with the outcome of the service with Fariborz Bryzaei, Just wish a phone call once in awhile to keep me updated would help keep me satisfied. I realize there are times the service department get overwhelmed (especially this past Monday) just to many vehicles to handle.

Your telephone system is slow and stupid. Also, when I got through to the service advisor, I was put on hold and then disconnected -- I had to call back in. Not good!
