a supposedly 45 min oil change took 2 hours! I noticed after an hour when Dave said it was only 5 more minutes until my car was ready ... several times he said this ... then after an hour of excuses, I noticed 5 guys walking back onto the lot with large sodas in their hands .. clearly I had waited tthourgh their entire lunch break! I missed a very important meeting due to the untruthful timing of a simple oil change. And to boot, my car was delivered dripping wet! not dry at all and only half cleaned ... I mean what the heck took so long and wasted my day? Honesty would be better appeciated here. Not sure it's worth the time in 'free' oil changes as it cost me way MORE in time from work! Very dissapointed in the service!

I don’t believe they rotated my tires because when I check the air pressure they all had different air in each tire and they should of had the same air in each tire so that makes me believe it wasn’t done and my tires were not rottbut yet got charged for it

It took way to long. I got there at 12:45 and left at 3:00 Yhen they did a really bad job washing my truck and I had the sunroof cracked open They didn’t close it and got water sprayed INSIDE my truck. Everytime I come to this dealership I say I’ll never go back because of something. But because it’s the closest to me I go back and end up disappointed AGAIN. How do you wash a vehicle and don’t check all the windows. PISSED OFF AGAIN!!!

The concern I have is it cost me 135.00 to reprogram the sun roof controls. The vehicle is not yet 4 years old and you have to reprogram something already, that is absolutely unacceptable. I thought I had purchased the extended warranty but service couldn’t find it, but was told that it wouldn’t cover that any way. I feel that the controls should last longer than this
