Fariborz was amazing! He assured me that my car would be serviced within a given period and I was constantly updated about its progress. My car was actually finished within the hour (hours before expected). He arranged the shuttle to take me home and offered to have hem pick me up if need be. I am very satisfied in my service experience and would recommend it to my other family members and friends who have keeps! Thank you, Melissa

David greeted and treated me upon our introduction as if I had been a long time, repeat customer. He introduced all staff that was involved in my case and after I left, he kept me updated, answering my questions patiently and completely.

David always treats me well when I get my car serviced! He is very Courteous on the phone with me as well as when I am at the service desk at Sierra Chrysler. I have been going to get my car serviced for 5 years now and I have always had an excellent experience there!! Shout out to David Figueroa!! Thank you! Also when David is off Fred is excellent he takes care of my car as well..I don’t remember his last name but shout out to Fred as well! Excellent job at Sierra Chrysler!! And to all the mechanics job well done!! Thanks to all!!!

I'm satisfied with the staff, they are professionals. But unfortunately my vehicle breaks are back to squeaking again. Not as much as before. Bit im sure by monday they will be back to what they where dping before they where serviced. The technician told me he took the wheels off and removed all the the breaking components. He said he cleaned everything and it seemed to work. But i knew it would go back to squeaking if nothing was replaced. Thia has been my 4th time dealing with the breaks in a year. My vehicle has been in the shop for 16 days in the last month. I feel as if i may have a bad car. I hope someone will contact me after reading this survey.

Mike at the counter is a good guy in a tough spot. The mechanics area is in complete disarray with no one in charge. You had my car for over a month, and had the parts to finish it. Instead my car sat because no one was working on it, and there is no one to make it happen! Horrible. I live right in Monrovia, and have been going to your place for years. In the future I will make the drive to Alhambra for service. What do you expect??

On my last visit a new radio was installed and the normal service was done, I am having problems with the new radio already and I had to have my tires replaced because they were so worn out that my car fishtailed on the freeway. I read the service report where the mechanic had noted the tires needed to be replaced, but the service representative did not inform me of this. When I asked the service representative if everything was okay he said there were no issues.

You had my car for SIXTEEN days to fix it properly and the evening of the day I pick it up my car has the same problems leaving me stuck in a parking lot at 11pm. I’m extremel upset & will be having to take it back in Monday and be unacceptably inconvenienced and monumentally dissipointed with your crummy service
