This is the second visit where my wife has explicitly asked for her brakes to be checked out because they are squeaking. Both times we were told all is well only for the brakes to squeak all the way home.

My 2016 Jeep Cherokee’s battery completely died. I brought it in at 8:30 am. Received 2 emails that the service was going fine. Then nothing the rest of the day. I called 3 times before reaching someone and was told my car would not be ready that day because they had to order a battery. I’ve never heard of a dealership service not having a basic item like a battery. The next day, silence. I had to call in myself to find out the status of my car in the late afternoon. Was told they think it might be done and they would call me back. I did end up getting my car that day. This is the 3rd time I have been into that dealships service department. Each time I have been helped by a different person and each time they did not keep me updated and when i spoke to them was treated like I was inconvenient to them. It’s the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Ever. I didn’t not write a review the 2 other times hoping it was just a bad day in the department but after 3 times with that service. Just bad
I scheduled a 10:30am oil change appointment days in advance. They quoted me 90 minutes when arrived but it took 2 1/2 hours. When I checked on the progress after 2 hours they had not even started. A total failure on your part!!!
I had to call at 4:30 to see if they were through with what needed to be done. We were home all day, no message! Other than that everyone was professional and amiable, Fred and Cameron.
