I brought my car for an oil change at 7:15 am I waited at the dealership until 10:30 am, when I picked the car I noticed that the oil service gauge has not be reset. It took another 15 minutes I was able to drive out of the dealership. When I arrived home I parked my car on my driveway which is slightly slented. When I moved my car an hour later I noticed a black spot the size about 7" round. Since the color of the oil was black it let me believe that whoever changed the oil did not clean the old oil as he replaced the oil filter. I'll drive the car tomorrow to make sure that indeed the leak stoped.

My only complaint was that I was not notified that my car was done until the next morning when it was scheduled to be done same day. Other than that everything was great. I love the text message communication about my vehicle. Thanks again.
