THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF MY CAR. I GOT MY OIL CHANGE. FRED IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND VERY NICE. I ENJOY BRINGING MY CAR HERE. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE HOW HOT IT WAS AT THE SERVICE DEPT. HOPE YOU GET YOU AC RUNNING JUST LIKE ANY BUSINESS. THANKS AGAIN

I called to ask about wait times for an oil change as I had a very busy planned out. David (service Manager) told me over the phone it would take about 1 hour. When I arrived, We realized I also had a recall to update. They then adjusted wait time to 1 and 1/2 hours. No problem. The service actually took 3 1/2 hours to complete. When I asked what was taking so much longer(more then double what I had been told), David's response was, they guy's had to take lunch. I'm not opposed to people eating lunch, but the vehicle was dropped off at 11AM. And not returned until almost 3:30. 2 hour lunch? This is the 3rd service I've done there, and have had similar problems with with the wait times here before. Had I known it would take 3 1/2 hours, I would've dropped off car and returned to pick it up later, instead of waiting. You shouldn't be giving wait times to people that are completely misleading.

I highly encourage those with the Dodge brand who live locally to Duarte come to this location. The Service staff are friendly, attentive and patient with all my questions and concerns. My interactions with Fred, Dave, Reggie and Isaac have all been positive and encouraging. Keep up the great job! There are other Dodge locations that should take note from your customer service-focused demeanor.

We picked up our van and the check engine light is still on. Our teenage daughter is driving the van practically full time and this is the second time we have brought it in for the same problem. As a parent we are just worried We want to make sure she's driving a safe vehicle to college and work.

The guys in the service department are always so nice. An extra special touch that they provided was that they washed my car. I was so appreciative and thankful for that.

The price for th oil change was too much. I never paid so much for oil change at dodge. I Alway go to West Covina dodge and they Alway give me good price.

This was my first visit to Sierra Jeep for a routine oil change. Isaac was my service rep. He advised me that my car had a transmission fuel pump was leaking and insisted I leavd my car for 5+ days until it cAn be worked on. Isaac insisted there had to be an oil leak where I park my car. We checked area and advised him "no oil leaks". My husband asked to see the level of the transmission fluid, it was full to the top. We told Isaac we will bring car when it will be worked on right away. We did not want the car to sit @ dealership for days before it can be worked on. Isaac made the apoointment for Monday 10/10 abs promised an eta for 10/11. When I dropped car off it was Isaac scheduled day off which he did not share with me. I left car and Tuesday Isaac called me to inform me my car was still sitting and will not be ready for a few more days. I told him that I was adamant about not dropping my car off and letting sit. He was very matter if fact and said "things happen ". I then asked I'd fe could have his manager call me back. He said his managers name was Dave. I never received a call back. I then called back to speak to the head of service department. U then spoke to Rodney who then took urgency to my situation. Isaac is very unprofessional, unwilling to assist and does not have the customer service skills to offer solutions. Very dissatisfied on my first visit. Please call to discuss further @****-****-xxxx
