My thanks to "Fred" and everyone at Sierra Jeep. Fred has kept me coming back time and time again! Excellent service as always from the time I entered the dealership until I picked up my vehicle. The new Lyft transportation is an excellent service. I couldnt be more satisfied!

All of the original safety issues are still present- per steering goes out, transmission slips, multiple alerts across the dash at once including power steering, airbags, etc. It's still completely unsafe and I feel that my safety concerns were not addressed, and that no one bothered to test drive it.

I can tell where the passenger air bag was worked on prior to that I could barely tell where the bag was also I was wondering how much would it cost to see why my windows are not working I changed the switch panel and there is voltage but they still don't work? Thank you for your service

My car was promised on Monday. I stopped by after work (after not getting a call) only to be told it would be ready Tuesday instead. Also, when he first called me the day I dropped it off to give me the estimate, I asked if it would be covered by my warranty and he said my warranty was expired (wrong). I have him the information again, and he said he would call the warranty company the next day to see if it was covered. The next day I had to call Fred and was told someone from the warranty company needed to come inspect. After two days of no inspection, I called the warranty company to see what the delay was, and they said they were waiting on the written estimate of repairs needed before they would send someone to inspect. I had to call Fred back with the contact info so he could send the estimate to get the ball rolling. I lost almost 3 days f waiting because of this hold up. Once he sent on the written estimate, the warranty company sent someone to inspect and then the part was ordered. It was quite frustrating. All in all it took 7 days to replace the lock on the back of the van. A job that I was initially told took a couple of hours.

Karl was very attentive beginning with my initial phone call to schedule the appointment, to the completion of service for the van. He went over the details of the service performed and any recommendations for future service. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I appreciate Karl; he is truly customer service focused!!!!

They try and try and try to find out why these lights keep coming on it not their fault it the makers of this jeep patriot and I wish they will recognize the issues and help be be satisfied with the car and the makers Nothing wrong with the dealership and it’s employees it’s the vehicle itself

I took my car in for a oil change, and asked for a ride to Walmart which Sierra did. I walked back shortly after and waited in the lobby. It seemed to take longer then it should have but I finally got a call telling me my car was done. When I went to the counter the attendant said he did not know I was sitting in the lobby waiting, or he would have called me 20 min earlier. It made no sense to me, if my car was done, it’s done, they should have called me. I had a lot to do today and this put me back a bit

Karl and Fred were fantastic! Karl kept me aware of what was happening in the repair process. He explained the repairs that needed to be completed. The technicians quickly assessed my vehicle and completed the work promptly. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am always treated fairly and with respect at Sierra Dodge. The service team and the repair technicians are the best!
