Like always its a pleasure getting my truck service with you guys everyone just makes me feel rigth at home very friendly staff
I had replied back through the text message and had asked about getting a complimentary car wash and got a text reply of “last i knew the wash was down but let me see what i can do” and no follow up. When I came to pick my vehicle up I decided to follow up on the issue and to my disappointment, was told that the dealer no longer provides car washes. Also, I guess everyone was out to lunch so only David was the only person available and was assisting me. I had a gentlemen speaking with him while helping me which made it even longer and there were two other people in waiting in line. I noticed that even in the morning when I walked in, no one greeting me or showed any acknowledgment until I actually got up to the desk. We all waiting in awkward silence and wished there was better customer service.
Every time we bring our car to service we expect to see David behind the service desk. He is serious, yet friendly and very professional. Always listens to our concerns and when the car is returned everything is taken care of. Much appreciated.

I was disappointed to find that only the fobs of my new keys were programmed. The metal keys that go with them weren't cut.
