Brought car in due to leaking fluid. Work was done previously so under warranty. Now car is making a flushing sound. Have to bring it back....again. My Dodge Durango spends more time in your shop than on the road. My friends are laughing at me. This is in no way a reflection on the derive rep, Dave Figueroa. He’s always very helpful and great to work with

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST.
Call for an appointment to service department they said walk in is ok to take the car for diagnostic and it will take 2 hrs. Drop my car at 8:55am went back home to wait for the 2 hrs NOBODY CALLED at 1 pm I decided to go back to the dealer I noticed my car in the same spot I parked nothing was done i was furious
this was the first and last time i come to this dealer.

I was not told by letter or Mopar app that I needed to come in for an inspection to order recall part. I had inspection performed on Wednesday’s d was told recall would be completed Friday. At Friday appt I was told parts had not arrived as promised. Very inconvenient!

I'm thankful with the immediate response to my vehicle problem and I know that you're doing your best,but lets face reality I shouldn't have and you shouldn't to deal these little indicators that tells you and I that we are dealing with that vehicle that falls into the 10% of vehicles that will have problems. I certainly hope that is not the case, I bought the To be in my driveway and not in your service bay.the reason for my comment is I've owned the Jeep 8weeks it's in service area 5 times. That is not a good track record for a new vehicle. Thank you for service Alejandro
