I was unable to reach the service department via phone, the operator picked up and took my name and number but no one called me back. Called several times again and after an hour, I had to drive myself 21 miles just to see if my car will require overnight service. When I arrived at the service department, there were lots of people there, chatting away, but no one will bother to pick up the phone that was ringing. The time while I was working with my service advisor, I heard the phone rang at least three times but no one around bother to pick up. Same thing happened to me the next day... worst experience ever with any car service.

The drivers seat is dirty and a sticky drink or something was spilled near the emergency break. The driver bringing the car down after the service had beer on his breath.
Everything was perfect, except the intetior got really dirty. My car's seats are clothes not leather. The seats got really dirty :(.

Rene is terrific about clearly describing how the work was going, what additional work was needed, and keeping me posted along the way. He's a very strong asset to the Service Department and to Motor Village LA.
I got a quote for 64.90 for an oil change and tire rotation. The final invoice was for 64.63, but closer inspection of the itemized services reveals that I was charged 17.52 for a tire rotation that was never performed.
I also showed a coupon for a 39.95 oil change and tire rotation from your website that, UNLIKE all the other coupons, did NOT state that it had to be presented at time of purchase. But your staff refused to honor it.
Why jeopardize a future sale worth 10s of thousands of dollars by seriously annoying a customer over less than 25 (enough to make her write this)?
Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring me my car but hilbert was very accommodating and he was amazing!!!

My experience at Motor Village LA was awesome! Despite the bad reviews I read prior to getting my vehicle serviced there. Hilbert made sure I got a rental as soon as he knew the part needed for my vehicle did not arrive on time. I also paid for an oil change at this location for the very first time and I can honestly say I will be coming back!

My service tech was completely accommodating and a delight to work with; he was able to have serviced in a breeze, as I expressed that I was pressed for time between meeting. Thanks you so much for all of your help, I always receive the best service on each of my visits.
I was completely satisfied with the service performed with respect to the initial reason my car was in the shop (to replace a flat tire). I was dissatisfied with the work done to fix the lighting on my dashboard. After replacing the fuse this did not fix the problem. I was told the fuse was replaced but it was not until I got into the car that I saw the problem was not fixed. Now I will need to take my car in again to have the problem fixed.
I really appreciate the professionalism and the job well done, thanks to Hibert my Service advisor, I know I can count on him for service with my car.
