While replacing the air filter, they’ve broken a clip on my car. My husband also had an issue with service here where they lost a cap on his windshield wash. Why are they not more careful? Also very over priced.

Eric described to me the situation with the battery information messaging system. I am not entirely sure I understand it. I worry when I see messages about my car. It has only 17,700 miles on it (6 years old) and I try hard to keep it in good running order. I just don't want to be stuck somewhere.

Although it took 3 weeks to complete, it was due to back order of the part, not Colley being slow. The loaner was new(er) and high quality. Eric did a great job keeping me informed.
