He was friendly, personable, paid close attention to my needs. Never once making me wait while he was busy on his computer finishing his last order. Smiled as he really enjoyed helping his customers! He deserves a 10!!????????

You need to change your strategy in servicing vehicles. To have my car 3 days before you even look at it is crazy especially when having to get a rental. I’m concerned this is how you operate all the time. Hire more mechanics . I paid a lot for a service policy.

Michael was great! Very thorough & understanding. I really appreciate him discussing the car’s issues & giving me the choice to fix the item now or later vs others who state “this needs to be done now” knowing I’m at their mercy.
They couldn’t work on sensor problems
because they can’t duplicate the conditions
of the rain. The noise would constantly
go off at every stop, even though there was
no moving nor stable object around.

Although my 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid has had some unusual electrical drain issues, I'm confident that George will always treat me the way he wants to be treated.
