Had an appt to get the ball rolling and he told me it would take a few days wwll two weeks later I had to call and all of a sudden they had the part. Also when they tried to give me my car back it looked like the front of my car was driving threw mud. I had the guy go wash it but who does that.

I took my 2012 focus in to get recalls fixed. When I got it back it wasnt working. Enough said. It is obvious that your people do not know what they are doing and will not take responsibility for what they did. Instead trying to say it was an issue with my transmission . I bought my car from Colley new . I am now in the market to get another but you will never get my business ever again. Not to mention anyone else I know of looking for repair or a car. Don't bother calling me .

George is a great service advisor. I ask for him whenever I take one of my cars in. In my opinion, he's the best. George is always professional, friendly and k knowledgeable about my cars. He's the main reason why I keep bringing my cars back to Colley for service.
