The heater on my 2016 F250 doesn’t work and from my opinion has never worked properly, the truck is 25 months old and Colley Ford service department is unable to make the heater blow hot air. My truck was at dealership for 11 days on two separate visits and no rental or loaner truck was offered to me, my truck was returned to me WITHOUT being fixed. Also the truck was returned very dirty. George is a great guy and a pleaser to deal with but I feel the service department either didn’t have time nor care to properly diagnose and fix my truck. TSR report shows David Madaris stating problems with my truck are “HARD TO BELIEVE”. After looking over all of the paperwork and notes I am very disappointed with this entire process and the lack of knowledge regarding this issue. When we bought the truck we wanted a back up camera for safety, our sales rep said to put an aftermarket stereo and back up camera in the truck, I was even referred to a stereo shop Ford sale rep recommended but now I’m being told that changing the stereo is causing the heater not to work and I should have NEVER had anything electrical changed on the truck. I was asked to bring in the stock stereo, which I did on the same day as the request, but that did not fix the problem. I myself am finding this very hard to believe.

Mrs. Shifs is excellent at her job. I've been to the service department at Colley Ford probably a dozen times, a few for service on my vehicle and the rest to the parts department. Never have I had a better experience than with Mrs. Shifs. In fact, I've actually found the service to be quite poor. People there don't seem to like their jobs, I've seen them get frustrated with co-workers who are not pulling their weight, I've seen staff appear surly. Your staff could learn a lot from Mrs. Shifs. I did customer service for many years. To be good at service, you actually have to enjoy helping people. Until Mrs. Shifs, I never experienced a staff member there who seemed to like helping others. Mrs. Shifs definitely does. I had even planned on writing a letter to praise her since I was so pleased with her service. So I'm happy that I received this survey. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give her some plaudits. And whatever she had, bottle it and give it to your other service people. They could use a side if it.
