When my truck was given back the hood was unlatched, odd because I was just having wheels and tires swapped. Fortunately I noticed before I got on the freeway.
When I got home I realized the dealer had kept my lug nuts and center caps for the wheels I had swapped, necessitating a trip back to the dealer I should not have had to make.
Then I noticed they apparently lost or just kept 5 of the 8 valve stem caps that were on the wheels when I dropped them off. A small thing, In combination with the other issues show a gross lack of attention to detail. Making me question Colley Fords ability to safely and accurately service my vehicle. Very disappointing.
