Disappointed that my vehicle was not washed. My other Ford Dealer does a great job by delivering a clean vehicle after service work. Sierra does does a very nice job with customer service.
Kevin was quick to listen regarding why I was bringing my cat in and the things I wanted to be checked. He was thorough and complete in explanations of what was done.

Our paper received from the service department shows the tire pressure was checked and confirmed that all were at 35 PSI for all 4 tires. The car air pressure monitor says only 30 PSI. I am not sure the tire pressure was actually checked.

But i was alittle surprize that a water pump would go bad with such low mileage and the price was a little over-the-top unbelievable

To be quite honest. I paid a great deal extra for the extended warranty on the vehicle. To be told that the tail light wasn’t covered under the warranty because the cause of the damage couldn’t be discerened between external damage or internal failure is in my opinion, under handed.
I realize Colley Ford only fulfilled the maintenance requirements. But when customer feedback is forwarded up the chain. Please relay my sentiments that this will be the last Ford I purchase.
