Jerry called me once the diagnosis was made he gave me a estimate for the repair. The car was fixed when he thought and the bill was right at the estimate. Hawkins provided a loaner car which was really nice. Our whole experience was great!

It took almost 2 hours. And why am I receiving these text messages. My wife was the one getting the service done I don't care about the service. Please take me off of the text list and I think she should be comped for two hours of her wasted time. You asked so I told you. I hate text messages that don't concern me.
