Adam was very polite and helpful. Appreciate the truck being done ahead of schedule.
They kept me informed on what was all going on with my vehicle and provided quality work in the least amount of time.
Our car broke down on 90 late Friday afternoon and the team at Adam Hawkin sent a car out to help get our family with two young kids off the road. They then stayed late and helped get our car running again before shutting down for the weekend. I felt like the Adam Hawkins team showed genuine concern my family. I have nothing but great things to say about this team and the customer service we received.

I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. I realize that I asked the mechanic to check on a couple extra things and was thankful they could check on those. I got a text at 1100 that they were working on it and I arrived at 1215 and was told it was on the hoist. I waited until 1300 at the shop and then inquired if it was close to done. My frustration came when I was told the mechanic had been on lunch break the last hour! and had not worked on it. Alex did offer a loaner car. I just wish that had been offered at 1215. I also am not sure why a 9:30 appointment was not started until 1100.
